Temporary closure of Blacon Adventure Playground

Blacon Adventure Playground will be temporarily closed until further notice.

We identified some subsidence on the main pathway through the playground on Monday 19 December and have closed the site temporarily while we make the area safe and investigate further.

The safety of our visitors is always our top priority. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the temporary closure and will provide further updates as soon as we are able to do so.

The farm area at the site remains open and we will still be providing packed lunches for local children while the playground is closed. These can be collected from the farm gate in the afternoon.
