Nigel Pell-Ilderton reappointed to Avenue Services board

We’re delighted to announce that Blacon resident Nigel Pell-Ilderton has been reappointed to the Avenue Services Board as a Community Director for the next two years.

Nigel has lived in Blacon since July 2021 and is now retired after a career that saw him serve in the army for eight years, as well as working in the fundraising and education sectors.

Nigel, who was first appointed to the Board in December 2022, is passionate about Blacon and helping to deliver the best for its residents.

Alongside his role with Avenue Services, he is actively involved with several other community organisations, including being a peer leader in the NHS and co-chair of governors at Blacon High School.

Paul Knight, Head of Avenue Services, said: “Nigel is a valuable member of our Board, bringing a wealth of experience and a genuine commitment to helping us make a positive difference for Blacon and its residents.

“I’m delighted that he will continue to serve as a Community Director for the next two years.”
